Honorable
Jane
Bonner
Conservative
Party
Member
Councilwoman,
Brookhaven
District
Two
Dear
Councilwoman
Bonner,
It
must
truly
be
an
honor
to
be
one
of
the
few
registered
Conservative
Party
members
who
have
been
elected
to
office
in
the
state
of
New
York.
That
is
no
easy
task.
With
this
great
honor
comes
great
responsibility.
As
an
elected
Conservative
party
member,
voters
are
looking
to
you
to
carry
the
party
banner
proudly
and
uphold
the
party’s
principles.
That’s
why
it
was
so
disturbing
to
hear
the
robo‐call
you
placed
today
attacking
Chris
Cox
and
defending
Randy
Altschuler.
Most
striking
was
your
claim
that
Randy
Altschuler
has
never
outsourced
an
American
job.
One
can
only
assume
from
your
recorded
message
that
either:
1.)
you
were
intentionally
lying
to
voters;
or
2.)
you
were
duped
into
making
this
call
without
having
all
the
relevant
facts
at
your
disposal.
It’s
hard
to
believe
that
such
an
esteemed
member
of
the
Conservative
party
and
an
elected
official
would
intentionally
LIE
to
voters,
so
we
must
assume
it
was
the
latter
reason.
With
that
in
mind,
please
allow
me
to
enlighten
you
about
Randy
Altschuler
and
the
very
large
role
he
played
in
outsourcing
thousands
of
American
jobs.
In
1999,
Randy
Altschuler
co‐founded
a
company,
OfficeTiger
with
a
college
friend
of
his
from
Princeton.
According
to
the
International
Directory
of
Company
Histories
(published
in
January
2006),
OfficeTiger
describes
itself
in
this
fashion:
“OfficeTiger, LLC is a New York City-based global provider of business support services, with the work
done in India and Sri Lanka. Although a practitioner of offshore outsourcing, OfficeTiger does not simply
transfer high-paying jobs from the United States and the United Kingdom to India and Sri Lanka as a way to
save money for its clients. Rather, the firm tries to provide what it calls judgment-based Business Process
Outsourcing (BPO) solutions.”
These two chose Chennai, India as their base by using a very scientific technique as this city enjoys daylight
when New York on the other side of the globe, sleeps.
Randy stayed back in New York to source the work and Joe headed to Chennai to set-up the processing
operation. Having grown from those humble beginnings, today OfficeTiger is a 10,000+ people strong,
The
International
Directory

Company

details
Mr.
Altschuler’s
role
in
outsourcing
American
jobs
in
this
fashion:
Since Altschuler was married, it was decided that he would remain in New York to build up the sales
operations, while Sigelman would spend most of his time in India.
Altschuler opened an office above a Dunkin' Donuts, and began pestering former Wall Street
colleagues to give their service a try.
As
you
can
see,
in
his
own
words,
Mr.
Altschuler
was
single‐handedly
responsible
for
outsourcing
jobs.
Now,
I
realize
you
probably
didn’t
have
the
time
or
the
resources
to
look
this
information
up
yourself,
but
you
could
have
at
least
read
Randy
Altschuler’s
own
campaign
biography
before
making
your
misleading
robo
call.
If
you
had,
you
would
have
read
that:
