Confidentiality Agreement
The CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT is made by and
between

Craig Feigin

AND

Internetworld

(Each of whom shall be herein after referred to as

"Disclosing Party" or "Receiving Party" as appropriate) as
of 29 July 2017

The Confidentiality Agreement ("this Agreement ") is made

effective of online reputation management between Craig
Feigin for reputation management services.

In this Agreement, the party who owns the confidential information

will be referred so as Craig Feigin", and the part as whom the
Confidential Information will be disclosed will be referred as
"internet world".

Craig Feigin is engaged with internet world in the receipient will

protect the confidential material and information which may be
disclosed between the owner and the Recepient.Therefore, the
parties agree as follows:

The term "Confidential Information" means any information or
material which is proprietary to Craig Feigin whether or not owned
of developed by Internet World and which may obtain through
any direct or indirect with us.

A.Confidential Information includes with responsibilities.

A.Confidential Information does not include:

-Matters of public knowledge that results from disclosure by

Internet World.
-Information independently developed by Internet World.
-Information disclosed by operation of law.

IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
A. We will push down of the whole story from the internet with removal of all trails of
the information.
B. Internetworld will offer you a strong online presence that will last forever with
the commitment of results till 4 Page of Google.
C. We will assure you with 100% money back guarantee, if we are not able to
achieve the results within the time frame which we commit..

Now, therefore, the parties have agreed to enter into the commitments of this
agreement and regulate their rights in consideration of the promises and mutual
agreements, covenants and conditions set forth herein, it is hereby agreed by and
between both the parties as follows:
Confidentiality
Internetworld binds itself to ensure confidentiality in respect of the work carried out and
the information like - contents, data, client account login details for website or social
media accounts received, obtained or acquired during the execution of the present
contract i.e. while conducting online reputation management activities or by any other
means. It will be strictly for the online reputation management purpose and no misuse
will be done. If any changes required, it will be done after the due consultations with the
CLIENT.

Protect Client "Secret Sauce"

There are several key pieces of information that should be included in secret, NDAs, or
non-disclosure agreements. The most important items include Client name, economic
and profit margin information, scams, crime information, product breakdowns,
bestselling segments and sales scripting, business details, address and messaging."
