To the honorable Judge of Said Court:

Miss Diane Wagner files this her Application for Determination of Heirship and for Letters of

Administration regarding the estate of William Bradley Wagner, the decedent. In support

thereof, Applicant would respectfully show the Court the following:

1. I have personal knowledge of all the facts set forth herein, and they are true and correct.

2. William Bradley Wagner (Decedent) died on July 15th, 2017 in Houston, Harris County,

Texas. To the best of my knowledge, the Decedent died intestate.

3. Decedents domicile was in Harris County, Texas, where the principal part of Decedents

property at the time of death was situated.

4. Decedent was married to and was survived by Diane Wagner on the date of the

Decedents death.

5. Decedent was previously married to Maria Louis Parker, which ended in divorced on

December 12th, 1997 in Harris County, Texas.

6. The Decedent had four children. Bradley John Wagner (DOB: Aug 10th, 1990) who

survived the Decedent. Jana Lynn Stevens (DOB: Sep 15th, 1992) who survived the

Decedent. Robert Thomas Wagner (Jan 15th, 1994-Dec 13th, 1996) who predeceased the

Decedent leaving no descendants. Jamie Marie Wagner (DOB: Feb 25th, 2003) survived

the Decedent.

7. The names and addresses of all the distributees, heirs, devisees, and assignees of the

money or property of the estate of Decedent, and their right to receive the same, are as

follows:

9. Wherefore, Miss Diane Wagner respectfully requests the court issue a judgement

declaring heirship to transfer a title.
