Interprofessional collaboration : the collaboration of distinct profession but have same work (recover
patient)

Partnership between a team of health provider and client in participatory collaborative and coordinated
approach to share decision making around health and social issue

Health care : someone to deliver medical service to the patient. Treatment to make patient healthy
again. Improvement of health via the prevention diagnosis and treatment of disease, illness, injury, and
other physical and mental impairment in human being.

Morbidity : the condition of being diseased. A term used to describe and focus on disease.

Team work :a combined action of a group of people

Patient outcomes : outcome from medical care that are important to patient.

Accountability : the fact of condition of being accountable or responsibility

Leadership : the position of guiding a group.
