Code of Ethics
We are Secure As a rule, both the Survey Directorate and the firm, as a whole, are unwaveringly committed to protecting the interests
of clients and the privacy of personal/client data acquired/obtained in the course of carrying out assignments. This
firmly established practice and guiding policies at the firm help ensure compliance with all applicable laws, survey
industry standards, and best practices. Thus, some of the measures applied in order to safeguard client data include:
o Ensuring anonymity of respondents, when required;
o Securing respondents willful consent;
o Confidentiality of Data confidentiality;
o Encryption and keeping client data on own server;
o Destroying data when no longer necessary or confirmed by clients.

Data collection is conducted on real-time uploading basis (every day or every other day), and with the Data
manager keeping the central database/office regularly updated and Every data collected is encrypted and
stored/kept on the Centers own server that is accessible only to a few/limited members of the team;
Collaborations
Our firm has conducted a number of consultancy works in close
collaboration with the Central Statistics Agency (CSA). We have
a good working relationship with the Central Statistics Agency
(CSA). Some of the projects we work together in partnership
with CSA includes:
Project Name: IN-SCI Social Cash Transfer Baseline Survey.
We work with CSA in selecting sample enumeration areas (EAs)
for this project.
Project name: Overall Data Quality Assessment of the
Education Sector. The purpose of this assessment is to undertake
over all data quality assessment of education sector to verify the
quality of data produced and the specific objectives were: assess
the output data quality, verify the methodological soundness and
reporting burden of the process, verify whether the institutional
environment are in place, and develop recommendations for the
sector based on the output of the assessment.

Experience
Our divisions main objective is to ensure that the quality of services provided to our clients is
of high standard. Since its establishment, it has been extensively engaged in numerous research
projects for major national and international clients. Accordingly, it has acquired rich experience
in conducting large sample size in national qualitative and quantitative surveys.

Survey & Data Processing Division
For most of the surveys conducted by our divisions, in-
house experts were responsible for the development of survey
methodology. Our experts have extensive experience in
devising methodology, designing survey instruments, sampling
techniques, designing survey plan and preparation of survey
reports. Senior members of the division were former employees
of Central Statistics Agency (CSA) which gave them ample
opportunity to develop their expertise in the area and a chance
to engage on a number of surveys conducted by the Agency.
The responsibility of managing and facilitating data collecting
activities including training of field staff, field planning, and
data quality assurance rests on members of the survey division.
Data manger and quality assurance expert, programmer and the
field coordinator will be engaged in delivering a comprehensive
general training to the field supervisors, survey enumerators and
qualitative researchers in order to create a team environment.
Field plan will be designed by the field coordinator in
consultation with the other members of the division. Reporting
procedures follow the project hierarchy and validation will be
done at every step of the field data collection by supervisors, data
quality assurance personnel and then final check will be done by
the data manger and quality assurance expert.
