2The meeting started at 7:39 PM and the prayer was led by Bro. Emman Tiongson.

4The minutes of the previous Execom meeting was read and the following corrections have been noted:

16Commission on Liturgy by Bro. Leo Gerundio
17The Dalaw Patron is at Brgy. Balanti right now (Nov. 2, 2017). Three chapels remaining and waiting to be
18visited.

20Month of the Holy Rosary
21There were some CMOs that failed to lead the praying of the Holy Rosary; it was Fr. Elmer and Bro. Iyo
22who led instead.

24Living Rosary
25The flow of the program was good; the only program encountered was with the rosary leaders only. The
26line-up of the images was complete during the procession of the 20 mysteries, complete mysteries.

28Feast of the Our Lady of Del Pilar
29The novenario was led by the Catholic Women's League. Those in-charge in the daily masses were not
30able to fulfill their assignments.

32The November 2 mass did not push through because the cemetery was flooded. Fr. Elmer and Fr. Romi
33just blessed the place with the help of lay ministers.

35Fr. Elmer commented that those people who needed to attend the orientation for the Camareros did not
36come.

39During the last BEC assembly at the Holy Angels Parish, St. James the Apostle Parish has the biggest
40delegation with 115 participants.

42The recent Basic Bible Seminar 1 has 40 participants (from 41, because one participant died).

44Parish Commission on Youth by Sis. Ayen Alejandro
45On-going Dalaw Kabataan. Brgy. Balanti will be visited next on Saturday.

47The Parish Youth Day was successful with 103 participants.

53The feeding program for September and October has been accomplished however due to several class
54suspensions, there were some sponsors who were not able to give their share.

57On-going film viewing at the Dalaw Patron.

59Their BEC is every Sunday and the official Facebook page of the Parish is being updated regularly.

62There were 49 people who donated blood during the blood letting activity at the La Consolacion University
63General Hospital. More than 200 people went during the half day medical mission.

67Commission on Liturgy by Bro. Leo Gerundio
68The Parish Music Ministry conducted a series of seminar for choir members during the following dates:
69October 15 - Parulan, October 22 and 29 - Banga 1st. The seminar aim to provide a basic liturgical
70background of choir songs. Those who were not able to attend can join the seminar in St. James
71Academy. A choir member cannot be installed if he has not underwent the said seminar. The installation
72will be on November 19 during the 5:00 PM mass. Next year, before installation, a choir member should
73have undergone a formation program (either PREX or BBS).

75The Eucharistic Lay Ministers will also have their seminar on November 25.

77The novenario for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception will be from November 29 - December 7. The
78Colegio de Santiago Apostol will lead the novenario. The novena and rosary from Monday-Friday will be
79at 5:30 AM, followed by the Holy Mass at 6:00 PM. Every Saturday and Sunday, it will be at 6:00 PM and
806:30 PM respectively. On the day of the Feast, the mass schedules will be at 6:00 AM (SPPC and CMO),
8112:00 NN (Legion of Mary), 6:00 PM (CSAI). At 7:00 PM, a Christmas Presentation and the annual
82opening of christmas lights will follow.

84There will be an advent recollection on December 1 and the guest speaker will be Rev. Fr. Enrico
85Gonzales, OP. The mass will be at 5:00 PM followed by the recollection proper at 6:00 PM.

87The Christmas party for the feeding program recipients will be on December 7.

91Bible Apostolate - November 3, LIBE, at St. James Parish, Paombong. The Vicarial Meeting will also be
92held at St. James Parish-Paombong. Their convention will be on November 6-9 in Baguio.

94PREX- Regular BEC sched. Batch 61 is having their BEC in the parish.

96El Shaddai will celebrate its 28th anniversary on November 17 at the Malolos Sports and Convention
97Center from 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
98Their regular activity every Wednesday has 86 attendees. The Vicarial meeting will be on November 9.

100Soldiers of Christ - November 5, mass with Bishop Bacani. Regular activity at Lupang Pangako.

103They have a newly established buklod in simborio and in Balanti. Balanti has 12 people in one buklod and

170Fr. Elmer reported that the security personnels of the parish were offered with a two-year service contract.
171They will be absorbed with a minimum wage of P370/day. Per guard, the basic salary will be P11,100.00
172plus night differential amounting to more or less thank P12,000.00. After two years, their contract will end
173and will also be given a separation pay. CSAI will pay and will just be reimbursed at the parish. The
174payroll will be under CSAI because the parish is not a legal entity.
