Stage 2: (B) After receving the Allotment letter from MIDC the following jobs- Prioritze by ILIN-PJ
Basic B-1 Clearance from director of industry for setting up industrial unit of Idemitsu under DIA
a. Application for the registration of the project ( project details to be submiited)

b. Copies of allotment order/letter and possession receipt with measurement plan MIDC

stage 3: ( C ) Building plan approval MIDC

pre-construction C-1 4 copies of propsed building plan ( by licensed surveyor, structural engineeror , ARICHTECT
requirement registered architect) location map, land layout plan, service plan, details drawing of
proposed factory building 4 sets and drainage connection 3 sets.
C-2 Application for Drainage plan approval MIDC

C-6 Provisional NOC from Maharashtra Pollution control board's air and water consent MPCB

raw and finished goods storage area
b. Elevation plan with fire prevention and protection system, fire extinguishers, buckets

d. List of raw materials and finished products with their quantity for storage.
