KA1: Youth Exchange

Goal: The overall objective of the project is to promote a set of activities that lead to results with
a national and international impact, leading to the adoption of social inclusion behaviors and
respect for diversity, leading to global mobilization around the problem of exclusion and
discrimination. We want to empower and develop young people's personal and social skills for
multicultural dialogue, active participation in society, citizenship, social inclusion and diversity
and raise the awareness of young people for the fundamental values of the European Union,
such as tolerance, freedom and respect for human rights;

Place: Gouveia (Portugal)

Date: Setember and December of 2017

Participants:

APV: 1 group leader and 1 young participant (per country)

Youth Exchange: 1 group leader and 6 young participants (per country)

Aged: between 16-25 years

Other information: We are also developing a project for youth workers (LIFE-TC). If you join the
Call for partners in LIFE-YE, we want also your contribution in forming the LIFE-TC partnership,
since the projects are connected. Read the information down bellow.

KA1: Youth workers

Goal: The overall objective of the project is to promote social inclusion and diversity in youth
through a set of activities that promotes new initiatives that allows youth workers to educate
and modify discriminatory social behaviors in youth in their communities. In addition, we want
the project lead to results with a national and international impact for the importance to raise
awareness and implement initiatives of social inclusion and diversity in youth. The sharing of
good practices in implementing projects in the field of youth, we increase the motivation of
participants and their organizations to develop new initiatives in the field of youth and in
Erasmus +.
