Schedule lI, know ing that such controlled substance w ould be unlaw fully im ported into the

United States,in violation ofTitle21,United StatesCode,Section 959(a)(2),

W ith respect to both defendants, the controlled substance involved in the conspiracy

attributable to them as a result of their ow n conducts and the conduct of other conspirators

containing a detectable am ountof cocaine,in violation ofTitle 21sU nited States Code,Section
