Customers are using online review sites, anti-brand sites and their personal blogs to express their

These customer comments on third party websites have both positive and negative intentions.

They would like to warn other customer from purchasing the products. They also want to spread

the negative sentiment about the company or may be having hidden agenda of taking revenge on
