discrimination.
On April 21, 2017 was the start ofgexual harassment from my direct Superior. He told me that “I would not date afijear
old” but because he knows | amfil he would date “someone like me because | would be ok with the ages of his kids and
would| “He told me | was not hired for my looks, even though he knows | must have
been, at previous jobs”. On May 4, 2017, we were (my superior and |) in a golf cart together and the superior rubbed my leg
just above the knee and laughed and said, “don’t show iti you don’t want it touched”. These are just some examples of the
‘sexual harassment. On or around May 8, 2017 | complained to all upper management and expressed my concerns, one of
the upper management employee's rolied his eyes and sald that my superior was just trying to ruffle some feathers. At that
‘moment | felt singled out and treated differently, none of the superiors were of my protected class. The

‘and made my work environment hostile. He continues to make inflammatory, damaging comments about me and my work.

I believe | have been harassed and discriminated against based on my gender. | also belleve I have been subjected to
unlawful retaliation and the acts of my employer are in violation of Title Vl of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Utah
