Reports find that two out of the best 100 cities in U.S cities to raise a child are in New
Jersey.
Not more than two of the best cites 100 cities in the U.S to raise a child are in the area tri-state,
and reports find that they're both In New Jersey.
In 65th and 93rd Toms River and Clifton came in, appropriately, in the 2017 ranking released
Monday by the National Council for Home Safety and Security.
New York and Connecticut were particularly missing from the list which was developed from
analysis of violent crime data, graduation rates, median household income and health insurance
in 526 cities nationwide.
"Obviously, not every family has the means to choose their ideal location to raise kids, but for
those that do, choosing the city or town in which to plant your roots is a big decision," the
National Council for Home Safety and Security said in an announcement on its website. "The
quality of schooling, median income, safety, and opportunities for outdoor play and exploration
in a given location all play a vital role in your kids development."
The business association arranged San Ramon, California, a mid-sized city about 15 miles east of
San Francisco, in the entire country, the best city to raise a kid.

Off-Duty Suffolk police officer tripped of guns excluded, after marking weapon at 3
women: police
A Suffolk County police officer of 32- years-old has been suspended without pay and exposed
of his handguns after he supposedly pointed one of his weapons in the direction of three women
all along an off-duty encounter earlier this month.
A law enforcement authority says the women had just left a Patchogue bar around 2 a.m. on Nov.
5 and were walking to their car when the official, Gregory Hanrahan, allegedly made "rude,
derogatory" remarks at them on West Main Street.
The description of the comments is not clear, but the women and Hanrahan exchanged words,
and he then took out a handgun from his waistband and pointed it in the air, according to the
authority.
Hanrahan, a two-year member of the department authorized to the Seventh Precinct, was charged
with menacing. An internal investigation is underway as well.
Hanrahan was incriminated in court Tuesday, with bail set at $4,500 cash. Three orders of
safeguard for the women were also issued.
A lawyer for the married father of two provided no opinion.

Mexico detains Zeta leader blamed of immigrant killings.
Mexica officer and military staff on Tuesday captured an "old school" Zetas cartel chief who supposedly
adjusted a 2010 killing spree that involved the assassination of 72 Central American migrants in the
border state of Tamaulipas, authorities said.

The 56-year-old defendant was identified as Martiniano Jaramillo. detectives said he was captured at a
hospital close to the Tamaulipas state capital. A photo showed him in jail in a wheelchair.

He faces accusation of organized crime and kidnapping, along with the rape of a U.S. citizen.

Authorities said Jaramillo was related to the May 10 killing of activist Miriam Rodriguez, who spent years
seeking for her missing daughter and found her body.

In 2010, gunmen for the Zetas drug cartel asassassinated2 migrators in the Tamaulipas town of
San Fernando. detectives said the migrants were slaughtered after they denied to work for the
cartel.
The year after, 193 bodies were found buried in San Fernando, nearly all migrants who had been
kidnapped off buses and assassinated by the Zetas.

Olympic bodybuilder to sell gold medal for earthquake victims in Iran.

Kianoush Rostami , Olympic gold medalist, of Iran is bartering off his impressive medal to raise money
for the victims of the catastrophic earthquake on Sunday on the Iran-Iraq border, which has left at least
530 people dead and thousands injured.

This 26-year-old bodybuilder winner, who earned gold last year in Rio, made the report to local news
organizations and on social media.

My gold medal belongs to my people, Rostami said, according to Tehran Times. I didnt sleep in the
previous nights due to a sorrowful event.

This 7.3 magnitude earthquake, that hit Irans western Kermanshah zone the most difficult Sunday night,
was the countrys deadliest earthquake in more than a decade.

Around 30,000 homes were in need of repair, and two villages were completely collapsed. In Iraqs
northern Kurdish zones, nine people were killed and more than 550 others were harmed.

In the Moring of Tuesday, Iranian officials called off search work for survivors.

According to the article "Huffington Post", many of the people who survived the quake have been left
without homes and are needing food and protection from cold temperatures. Iran has denied actions of
foreign assistance, Reuters reported.
