2. Internal:
Past experiences with the client
Home or work problems
Poor listening skills

External:
Noise and other distractions
Unpleasant environment
Problems with technology or equipment

3. Way to overcome internal communication barriers is remove physical sources of distraction such
as telephones or objects within the room and a way to overcome external communication barriers is to
avoid having physical barriers such as lecterns or tables between the sender and receiver.

Apply:
1. In the communication process the sender has a greater responsibility because they must be clear
for the receiver to know what they are talking about.

2. The reading is more important because if you cant read you cant write or talking about it
because you dont know what the text is talking about and listening is the easiest to do.

3. When you send a message, and receive no feedback it could mean a lot of thing like they dont
like it and they didnt want to put it on there or they are just lazy.

4. The job I wanted to do is to become an archaeologist and you need to know how to read because
if you dont know how to read in English then you want to learn to read in other languages.

Analyze:
I cant talk in front of people, but it doesnt stop me from doing what I sit myself to do,
sometimes if I dont talk to you or the other people I am shy. Im scared of what people will think
of me. I can teach myself to have more confides and express myself by talking to people I dont
know or just practicing in a room full of people, so I can be better at communication.

Decide:
1. Mr. Park is a good friend of the company president and regularly order supplies from our
company website. The last visit he seems impact you. There is a sale campaign and products he purchases
are on sale now. Should you tell him and how you are going to tell him? Yes, we should contact Mr. park
by phone because he would probably want to know that our products are on sale.

2. Maria works for a local company and she is administrative assistant to the director of the Human
Resource Department. They are hiring new people and there a people you remember from an old
company you us to work at. She knows that he was fired because he provided false information to make
himself and others within his district look good. If you were in Maria place what would you do and how?
I would tell him face-to-face because you wanted the best for the company, not the bad reputation.

Research:
The work place is a wonderful way to build relationship because we are all different and it a fantastic way
to see who other communicated different. If we were not all different the world would be dull. In the
work, you must give people the time because in the world now we dont give people our time because of
technology take it away. The connection we make with other people is the very touchstone of our
existence, and devoting time, energy, and effort to developing and building relationships is one of the
most valuable life skills. Communication skills is important because you must communicate everywhere
and anywhere you go. The most important thing in a relationshiplove, trust, or passion. However, trust
is huge important thing in any relationship. No love will last without equal amounts of respect and trust.
So, we need to work on trusting more. We need to work on our empathy because upstanding someone is
an effortless way to build a connection between people. Every relationship we have can teach us
something, and by building positive relationships with others, we will be happier and more fulfilled and
feel more supported, supportive, and connected.
