APPLICATION PROCESS

structures. This course will bring you up to speed on key airline business practices to help you succeed in the
industry. Learn about the internal organization of airlines, the airport environment, and the external bodies that
regulate them to understand what shapes airline strategies. Upon completion of this course, students will
understand how the airline industry works and they will be able to analyze its commercial, financial and
regulatory structure.

This course provides an exhaustive approach of the Aircraft Maintenance Program topics. It also describes the
methodology considered to develop maintenance task and organize flight activities.
This course will provide you with guidelines to align your operations with ICAO annex 19 safety management
systems provisions and comply with industry requirements for personnel licensing, operation of aircraft and
more.
The systematic SMS approach ensures both safer operations and improved overall efficiency by managing
organizational structure, staff accountabilities, policies and procedures. Developed in accordance with ICAO
principles, this course helps you fulfill SMS requirements and establish a functional SMS within your
operations.
This course gives you the skills you need to take on a leadership role in an airline emergency response
organization. Learn about the design, implementation and optimization of an Emergency Response Plan (ERP)
according to industry practice and regulatory requirements. To ensure readiness and cooperation among all
staff, review training methods that will help you deliver ERP exercises and rally support from involved parties.
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to lead a ramp team based on essential technical
procedures for aircraft handling and loading to optimize the use of ground service equipment and manpower.
