AFFIDAVIT OF PARTNERSHIP

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, the undersigned, all of legal age and residents of Municipality of
Sibulan ,Philippines have agreed to a partnership under the terms and conditions
herein set forth and subject to the provisions of existing laws of the Republic of the
Philippines.

AND WE HEREBY CERTIFY:

I. That the agreed name of the partnership shall be: Mini Star Tailoring
2. That the principal office of the Partnership shall be located at Brgy.Cangmating,
Sibulan, Negros Oriental, Philippines.

3. That the names, citizenship, residence certificate and designation of the business
partners of said partnership are as follows:

Earl Mark Calingacion ,Filipino,a resident of Sibulan,Brgy.Cangmating

Nenita Bandiola Nosal ,Filipino,a resident of Sibulan,Brgy.Cangmating

4. That the term for which said partnership to be renewed after 10 years from the
original recording of said partnership unless such compensation of the amount of
170,000 Php that being use starting last October 2015 for the construction of the
improvements including the financial shoulder for the electric connection of Noreco
2 and Sibulan Water District of a residential house located at Brgy.Cangmating p-6
lot# 1135-A

5. That the purpose for which said partnership is formed are as follows:
1. To conduct business related to a tailoring and a sari-sari store ;
2. That the business partner may be given the right to substitute an assignee as
contributor in her place, provided that she has duly notified by her business partner
in writing, stating the reasons therefor, five (5) days before effectivity of said
substitution. Provided further that her partner has already settled his obligations to
the partnership prior to the notification of substitution.
