STRAMPEL suid by Monday ‘Remuon he had removed Dr. NASSAR from clinical duties and ordered him to have no patient contact, STRAMPEL said he then turned the complaint aver to the MSU Office of Genaral Counsel andthe Office for Inchision/Tile LX. STRAMEEL sald the investigation went on for about3-4:months and eventually he was told that Dr, NASSAR was "cleared" and could retirn to work. STRAMPEL said that ho chose to emall Dr. NASSAR and remind him of "common sense medical guidelines" that included having a chaperone in the room when, performing sensitive medical procedures and limiting skin to skin contact, He was referring to the email he sent on 07/30/14 thats referenced above.
