Role Summary
Responsible for monitoring and establish electrical and technical changes/ variation in the Assembly Shop

Qualifications (Skills & Experiences & Education)

Years of experience: Minimum four years similar field

Education
Required:
Ability to work in a team
Personnel management

Desired:
4 year degree or comparable background of work related experience preferred
Advanced degree desired

Required: Past automotive assembly experience and capability to establish best Mfg process.
Desired: Able to design / establish processes and initiate the manufacturing process

Work flexibility (travel requirements, work schedule, etc.)


Travel – 10-50% initially, 5-10% after SOP(Start of Production)
Work schedule – Will vary based on project progress and initiatives

Role Responsibilities
•Managing and coordinating all activities for technical changes on the shop-floor in the Assembly
•Guiding, evaluating and supporting employees
•Support the establishing on the line
•Recognizing and rectifying bottleneck situations
•Investigate problems of Technical changes
•Verify result data and visualize this.
•Work together with planning and construction department
•Optimizing production, production quality and the cost situation by recognizing the potential for rationalization as
well as by improving workplace design and safety
•Coordinating and tracking dates for optimization
•Monitoring the work regulations and accident prevention regulations
•Attend PV, 0.Serial, Press - vehicles, check the first Parts in case of Part changes
•Verify and compare TM s to the Assembly process
•Providing instruction and guidance about required techniques and regulations
•Work together with the Supervisor and Team Leader for improvement
•Cooperation with Health & Safety and audit teams
•Document technical changes and assure they are up to date
•Arrange training for the special employees.
