At present IMP is soliciting significant funding resources to provide federal, state

and local governments with a product line called Futuristic Iron Art in Frame De-
sign Portals. The three-year goal for IMP is to produce and distribute six thousand
of these unique dimensional frames which will encompass paintings, photography,
artwork, photographs flat-screen plasma, display ad panels a stand to fit and a
host of other vehicles for decorative styling, which exist at present and though the
SBIR/STTR and CR grants alone with private investor funding we can have the
product in the global market in 48 months from time of initial funding.
Our main marketing and sales strategy is to secure federal government long-term
construction project and bid solicitations in renovations of government building.
These solicitations once secured will then determine a sales approach for outside
corporate sales. It is apparent that our federal government needs to spend about
$25 billion each year on products and services similar to what IMP produces and
is part of the Federal budget. In securing a small portion of these huge budgets
