Distributor Onboarding Process

In Airtel Payment Bank - Distributor is called as Business Correspondent

Documents to be submitted:

1. 200 rupees Stamp paper Agreement (19 pages)


a. Agreement should contain signature of distributor along with for seal or address seal on
right bottom of each page.
b. Kindly do the editing in the yellow marked areas in page no 1, 2, 4 and 16
c. On 16th page distributor should sign in the tabular column where his name is mentioned.
d. On 18th & 19th page below “ Your’s Sincerely” put the distributor’s address seal and
signature.

2. Business correspondent enrollment form.


a. A sample form has been attached for your reference.

3. Proof of address copy with seal and self-attested. (1 copy)


a. Driving License (or) Voter ID (or) Aadhaar card (or) Passport

4. PAN CARD (1 Copy)


a. Own pan card in case of proprietor.
b. Company pan card in case of partner-ship.

5. Distributor shop address proof (1 copy)


a. TIN copy
b. TIN copy & partnership deed copy (In case Distributor is partnership concern).

6. Cancelled cheque – 1
7. Passport size photo of distributor
8. Incase FSE needs to be on boarded fill the FSE form and submit POA & POI
In Airtel Payment Bank – Retailer is called as Customer Service Point
Documents to be submitted for retailer:

1. Customer service point enrollment form (sample copy has been attached for your reference).

2. Proof of address copy with retailer seal and self-attested. (1 copy)


a. Driving License (or) Voter ID (or) Aadhaar card (or) Passport
3. PAN CARD – 1 Copy.
4. Passport size photo of retailer
