RUFFA CAMPAVILLA-GUTIERREZ

I, RUFFA CAMPAVILLA-GUTIERREZ, of legal age,

Filipino, married and a resident of Paligue, Bagangga, Davao Oriental,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state as follows:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me ATTY. ROBELEN CALLANTA, with

office address at CALLANTA, CALLANTA, CALLANTA Law Firm,
0006 Rizal Avenue, Davao City, Philippines, where the examination is
being held at the same address. I am answering her questions fully
conscious that I do so under oath and may face criminal liability for
false testimony and perjury.

The questions being propounded and the responses are in

English, as I can fully converse using such language.

PURPOSE

This Affidavit is being offered to prove the marriage of the complainant

with RON CAMPAVILLA, was marred with controversies due to her
own acts of immorality and infidelity since the beginning

for the record.

A: I am RUFFA CAMPAVILLA-GUTIERRREZ, a resident of

Paligue, BAGANGGA, Davao Oriental, Philippines

2 Q: Do you have siblings?

A: I have one sibling.

3 Q: What is his/her name?)

A: RON CAMPAVILLA

4 Q: What proof do you have that he is your sibling?)

A: We have the same parents as indicated in our birth

certificates.

5 Q: If you are shown with copies of your birth certificates, will

you be able to identify the same?

A: Yes.

6 Q: I am showing to you copies of Certificate of Live Birth with

Local Civil Registry No. 0987678 and Certificate of Live
Birth with Local Civil Registry No. 0988726. What is the
relation of these documents to the birth certificates that
you have mentioned?

A: Those birth certificates are my brother’s and mine.

7 Q: I am marking this copy of Certificate of Live Birth with

Local Civil Registry No. 0987678 and Certificate of Live
Birth with Local Civil Registry No. 0988726, which you
have just identified, as your Exhibit “__” and Exhibit “__”,
respectively, and attaching them to your Judicial Affidavit,
do you confirm this?

A: Yes.

8 Q: Who is your brother’s wife?

A: Ella Campavilla

9 Q: For how long have they been married?

A: For about 15 years.

10 Q: How about Sarah Geronimo, what is her relationship with

your brother?

A: They have been going out together.

11 Q: Even if your brother is married?

A: His marriage with Ella have long been troubled.

12 Q: Why? What happened?

A: My brother caught his wife having an affair with their

driver.

13 Q: When did this happen?

A: Sometime in 2007.

14 Q: How did you know about it?

A: I live near my brother’s house. When the incident

happened, there was a commotion which alarmed the
neighbors. As I arrived at my brother’s house, he was
wrestling with the driver, Paulo Avelino. When the
police arrived, I heard the driver when he admitted to
my brother about his affair with Ella, and begged my
brother not to have him imprisoned.

15 Q: Your brother and his wife did not reconcile since then?

A: They continued to live together, yet at times, they

quarrel. That is why, sometimes their children would
go to my house and stay there for days. Until one day,
my brother decided to live somewhere else.
