Pensiero di design (Design thinking)

In the past, design has most often occurred fairly far making new products aesthetically attractive
or enhancing brand perception through smart, evocative advertising. Today, as innovation’s
terrain expands to encompass human-centered processes and services as well as products,
companies are asking designers to create ideas rather than to simply dress them up. This event
will unearth your hidden talent of solution thinking.

Round1: Exspectare
In this round participants are expected to present their course of idea generation, idea screening,
concept development, prototype development and test marketing. Teams demonstrating ideas in
the physical way will get extra marks. This will be an elimination round conducted on the first
day. Hence, participants are expected to have their demonstration or prototypes ready for the first
day of the event.

Round 2: consilium
This final round of the event will allow selected participants to explain their marketing planning.

strategy, threats and opportunities, objectives and issues. Further, it must contain marketing
strategy, action programs, budgets and controls.
