Narrative The above listed subject was issued a Uniform Traffic Tickets for the above listed
charges after patrol observed the vehicle he was operating fail to signal a change
of lanes and operating at a high rate of speed. Radar confirmed the speed of the
vehicle to be 55 mph in a posted 30 mph zone. Further investigation revealed the
operator to have an open container of an alcoholic beverage in the vehicle. Patrol
conducted roadside tests for Driving While Intoxicated and then transported to
Potsdam Police Department where a Breathalyzer test was administered revealing
Farrell to have a BAC of .20.
