Residential Security Coordinator

Qualifications
1) I have had six years attendance of secondary education in which I attained nine (9) Ordinary level
passes including English and Mathematics as well as Three (3) Advanced level passes. See copies are
attached.

2) Experience – I have had more than ten years’ experience as branch administrator in which position I
was custodian of company assets.

In this position among other things I was responsible for;

 Ensuring that there is adequate security of assets at the company premises and in transit.
 There is safe storage of goods.
 Liaising with security companies on security issues.
 Ensuring that security items like locks and alarm system installed and working properly.
 Responding to rapid response calls and ensuring that the cause of alarm is investigated.
 Budgeting for all expenses including security.
 Sound financial planning for the branch.
 The cost of security does not outweigh the benefits i.e. cost benefit analysis by installing an
effective security structure which is cost effective.
 I was also responsible for the preparation of the branch budget which would include all aspect
of the branch and I would insure that each item is adequately provided for accordingly.
 I was also responsible for doing budget reviews where variances and anomalies would be
analyzed and corrective action taken.

3) I am fluent in both English language and Shona in all three aspects which are reading, writing and
speaking.

 As Branch Administrator, I responsible for making independent judgments on the wellbeing of

the branch. I would ensure that all the branch components are well coordinated and have
judgments on scenarios peculiar to the branch.
 In addition, I am a person who has got a passion for internal controls. One of the key elements
in the administration of a branch, is to ensure that there are adequate controls to guarantee the
safety of company assets. As the resident custodian at the branch I would make periodic reviews
on the operation to ensure that controls are kept in sync with the ever changing operating
environment in the country.
 As the branch administrator I would be responsible for ensuring that the branch’s activities and
operations are well coordinated. This has become one of my area of strength during the period I
have been an administrator.

 I hold a class four driver’s license which I have held since July 2002 - copy enclosed.
