government organisations in Coastal Karnataka as well as Bangalore, in effect
bagging advertisements. Acquired ads for Karavali Ale newspaper in the process.

- Reversed declining website traffic by revamping karavaliale.net and regulating its content,
resulting in a surge in page views in the July-end quarter of 2017.
- Steady growth in online readership of the newspaper due to the website upgradation and
social media channels launch.
- Owing to the development of the karavaliale.net, obtained revenue for the site as well as the
newspaper by mobilising advertisements from private firms (real estate, colleges, hospitals,
jewellery shops, hotels, electronics stores, garment/apparel lines) and public-sector
organisations (Karnataka Milk Federation, CAMPCO).
- Acquired Karnataka government ads through liaison with Department of Information and
Public Relations. Also acquired ads from government boards/corporations (Karnataka State
