This is your Notice that I am reclaiming my birthright by surrendering and returning to you the
federal PERSON and making you and your office responsible for IT/the PERSON(S) named
after me. For your convenience, I have attached and completed IRS Form 56, which is the
Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service "Notice of Fiduciary Relationship” form.
The Birth Certificate bond has been "Accepted by Drawee", and endorsed so as to surrender it
to the U.S. Secretary of the Treasury and has been made payable to the order of the United
States of America, U.S. Treasury and accompanies this notice.
I declare that I wish to be indemnified against claims or losses and will be operating under the
sovereign usa Private Registered Indemnity Bond AMRI00001 RA393427640US on file at the
U.S. Treasury which is on record in behalf of all the actual states of the Union and all the people
living in those states insuring them against any further claims related to the FEDERAL and
MUNICIPAL PERSON(S) that they have surrendered back to you Mr. Mnuchin.
It is my instruction to operate exclusively under 100% commercial liabilities and without benefit
of any limited liability insurance or other benefit of the Public Charitable Trust (PCT).

My allegiance is to the soil of my native birth state, New York, and I act only as a private
American state trading vessel and birthright member of the unincorporated private trade
association doing business as The United States of America.
I declare that at home I am living on the land and at sea my Name is an American vessel
engaged in international trade and not subject to federal regulation of commerce, and I am
therefore owed all the protections of the actual Constitution and treaties backing it.
The Registered Mail label used to send you this notice is unique and has an alpha-numeric
identifier to track it. This includes a nine-digit number that is compatible with the federal system.
I instruct you Mr. Mnuchin to promptly open a Treasury Direct Account for me with that number
and to inform me in writing when it is open for business. You are further instructed to now and
forever discharge and settle all debts and charges related to the Social Security Master file
Account 018-54-7308 and the Birth Certificate Bond federal PERSON(S) surrendered to your
responsibility and deposit the remainder and all other credits owed into the new Treasury Direct
Account. Copies of all known debts at this time for you to settle accompany this notice.
