PEOPLE Ambassador Experience

Permission Slip

Congratulations! You have been chosen to be a ‘PEEPS’ (Potential, Eager, Exploring,

PEOPLE Students) in the PEOPLE Ambassadors experience! This program is designed
to give PEOPLE high school junior and seniors (PEEPS) a first-hand college experience
on UW-Madison’s campus during the peak of the academic year. PEEPS will be assigned
to an Ambassador (PEOPLE College Scholar) and shadow the student to class and
meetings, receive highlights of campus resources, meet faculty and alumni, and
participate in mentorship activities. Participating in the event is free of charge, lunch is
provided, and transportation is provided for PEOPLE South students. You MUST have a
transportation form on file to attend.

7am-4pm (Milwaukee)/ 9am-2pm (Madison)

Field trip permission—please check one:
