Further to your request for the following information requested on October 20, 2017:

• A copy of the proposal by City of Langford, and any partners or representatives, in response to
the Amazon HQ2 RFP.

The information has been severed under section 17 and 21 of the Act.

If you are not satisfied with the information provided you have the right under section 53 of the Act to
request a review.

Section 53(1) “…a written request must be delivered to the commissioner.

(2) A request for a review of a decision of the head of a public body must be delivered within (a) 30
days after the person asking for the review is notified of the decision,”
