VERTICAL MEDICAL CITY, a striking self-sustaining, patient-focused, advanced
technology-driven facility; a three-tower complex, overlaid with a smart photo/wind cells skin,
working in synchronicity to deliver from Critical to Preventive Care throughout over 4 million
square feet and 70 stories of interactive environments.

Medical High Rise Development: VERTICAL MEDICAL CITY.

An effort led by PONTE HEALTH PROPERTIES, LLC the project is a striking self-sustaining,
patient-focused, advanced technology-driven facility; the PONTE HEALTH design and construction
teams have been hard at work on the new structure made of a three-tower complex, overlaid with a smart
photo/wind cells skin, working in synchronicity to deliver from Critical to Preventive Care throughout
over 4 million square feet of construction, about 70 stories of interactive environments.

The Firm will be seeking a single Partner to share a 50% equity stake in the project, to propel the
Engineering, Technologies and Patient Experience development forward, and be ready to break ground in
construction by the Summer of 2019.

PONTE HEALTH is additionally seeking expert consultants for the project, qualified and experienced; a
Call for Letters of Intent has been made, and qualified consultants and vendors in medicine, building
design and construction, and technologies, should submit their qualifications digitally first by
