Detective Tregembo related the Dandy Dan's personnel had followed the \wrong people. Detective Tregembo related he was viewing survelliance video and had the names of the 4 suspects. Detective Tregembo related he would text the names of the 4 suspects; 2 males and 2 females, Detective Tregembo related the suspect's (D's had been scanned and captured on video, Detective Tregembo textad to your Affisnt the names; Jared Lee Chaver 08/25/1992, CED TLL ATTID 8 oem: SEEN. Detective Tregembo ‘elated tt was obvious that the female presenting a Colorado Driver's License with the name GI EE OETA, v.25 0.0 ST. ‘Your Affant then used NCIC and Denver Versedex to obtaln addtional Information on all 4 suspects. Your Affiant obtained 4 different addresses on the 4 suspects and had officers drive by the listed addresses in an attempt to locate the suspect vehicle. One address your Affiant found Was SUNN, In Adams County, (or QED. Your ‘Affant had contacted the Adams County Sherf?’s Department and asked for an officer to go the ‘address In an attempt to locate the suspect vehicle. ‘Adams County Deputy William Booker reported jack to vour Affant that a vehicle fitting the suspect vehicle information wasin the beck driveway of i, ‘Adarns County Deputy Booker was unable to get a plate number, ‘Your Affiant then responded to the Denver Coroner's Office to attend the postmortem examination of victim, Junior Josue tregulre-Gamez. The postmortem examination was conducted by Dr. Derek Baumgarner. During the postmortem examination it was revealed that the victim had janentry wound to the right upper arm/shoulder area, it was determined thet the bullet went through the ‘chest cavity and was retrieved In the left upper arm/shoulder area. ‘Your Afant responded back to Denver Police Department Headquarters and contacted Detective Tregembo, who had returned to police headquarters. Detective Treyembo had obtained video footage of the Incient from various suvellance cameras. Detective Tregembo, related the video4 ™ AFFIDAVIT AND APPLICATION FOR ARREST WARRANT ‘northbound on S, Federal Bivd., and then going eastbound on W. Cedar Ave, Video survelliance showed 2 of the victim's friends running toward S, Federal Bivd., as the suspect vehicle drove by. ‘Video survelliance from inside Dendy Dan's showed that the male suspect showing @ Colorado Driver's License appeared to match the photo on the Colorado Driver's License with the name Jered Lee Chavez 08/25/1992. Jared Lee Chaver was found to have prior arrest with Denver Police under DPD #770878. Jared Lee Chavez under OPD #770878 matched the photo on the Colorado Driver's Ucense with the name Jered Lee Chavez.
