The ELM-2055DX is a mature, combat-proven high-performance radar sensor, providing all weather/all visibility,
air-to-surface Intelligence Surveillance Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) for manned and unmanned
airborne platforms. Together with IAI/ELTA's ELS-8994 Geospatial Exploitation System (GES), or interfacing to
Customer's GES, the ELM-2055DX radar offers the most versatile solutions for a broad range of applications:

Wide Area Surveillance (WAS), by SAR strip scanning of more than 2,000 km2 per hour at resolution adequate for
vehicle-target detection

High Performance GMTI Capabilities:
Persistent surveillance over large area of hundreds sq.km2
Detection and tracking a of very large number of targets of different types and over a very broad range
of velocities
Very Long Standoff Ranges (dependent mode):
Ranges up to 60 km (or, up to 80 km for the ELM-2055DL version)
