By using this form, you will be able to apply only for the Marathon (42.195 km) and Half Marathon (21.097 km) race categories. Registrations for
Dream Run, Sr. Citizens' Run and Wheelchair Event will open on Wednesday, 1sh September 2010.
Your entry to the marathon/half marathon category will be confirmed based on confirmation preference criteria, which are explained in detail in this form.
Please go through all details mentioned in this overleaf and the Application Form prior to submitting your application. We urge runners to apply for the
race category only if you can complete the marathon (42.195 km) distance within 6 hours or the half marathon (21.097 km) distance within 3 hours, as
the case may be.

MINIMUM AGE OF APPLICANT FOR PARTICIPATION
An applicant needs to be of 18 years or more on the date of race, i.e. born on or before 15th January 1993.

You can apply for the Event using any one of the following modes. Applications will be accepted up to Saturday, 21st August 2010 or
as soon as running places are filled, whichever is earlier:

CONFIRMATION PREFERENCE CRITERIA

Your application for the marathon/half marathon is confirmed based on the preference criteria given below. Please note, confirmation is
subject to –
ü Verification of documents, where applicable, submitted by you, ü Verification of your application's eligibility under each criterion,
ü Availability of running spaces under each criterion and ü Entry Rules and Guidelines.

Confirmation Criteria
1) Timed applicant: For an applicant who has participated in an event and completed the distance of marathon within 6 hours and/or a
half marathon within 3 hours. In order to be eligible for this criteria –
a. The running event you have participated in, must have been an AIMS ratified event or an event conducted under the aegis of your national/state/district
athletics association or sports control board,
b. The running event was conducted within 2 years prior to your application date,
c. You have attached a signed photocopy of the official timing certificate issued to you at this event along with this application form.
2) Women's Quota: There are a limited number of running places reserved for Women applicants.
 3) Ballot pool: Where an applicant does not fall under either of the above criteria, or where an application cannot be confirmed under
either of the 2 above criteria, for whatsoever reasons other than the application being rejected/invalid, his/her application will be
placed under the ballot process. Please go through Ballot Process Rules given below prior to submitting your application.

BALLOT PROCESS RULES

A total number of 5,000 Half Marathon applications and 2,000 Marathon applications will be placed under the ballot pool; 2500 Half
Marathon and 1000 Marathon applications out of the total entries received in the ballot pool will be randomly selected via an automated
system and confirmed. List of confirmed runners through the ballot process will be declared on the event website
(www.procamrunning.in) on Friday, 27th August 2010.
Please note application fees paid against unsuccessful applications placed under the ballot pool will be refunded on or before
31st October 2010. An amount of Rs. 30 will be deducted as processing charges.

ENTRY RULES AND GUIDELINES

1) You may use a photocopy of the physical or downloaded form from the event website, to send in your application.
2) Only one applicant can apply for the Event using a single form. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person; multiple
applications will entail all being rejected.
3) Applicants must submit their entries only via the Application Modes given in this form. No individual/group has been authorised to
collect entries on behalf of the Event.
4) NO GROUP ENTRIES will be accepted for the Marathon and Half Marathon race categories.
5) Before sending in your application, please check the following –
a) Filled in details against all mandatory fields prefixed with '*' in the application form;
b) Attached documents as may be required to confirm your entry based on the confirmation preference criteria;
c) Attached a copy of your latest passport sized photograph on the form;
d) Enclosed the requisite application fees (refer to 'Application Fees' chart);
e) Signed the 'waiver' in the form.
6) Where any discrepancy is found in any of the above mentioned mandatories, your application will not to be accepted.
7) On entry confirmation, marathon and half marathon runners will be further confirmed into 4 sub-categories based on the date of birth
mentioned in the application form – Open, Veteran, Senior Veteran and Super Veteran sub-categories. For more information log on to

8) Post close of registrations, email confirmations will be sent to all the confirmed participants who have given their valid email id in the
entry form. Acceptance letters and event information will be posted on the address given in the entry form. You can also check the
status of your entry post 27th August 2010 on the event website. If you do not receive any intimation from the race office, please

9) Entries not accepted: Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation. Where your entry is not confirmed for any reason, the
entry fees paid by you will be refunded on or before 31st October 2010. An amount of Rs. 30 will be deducted as processing charges.
10) Any refund discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately. You can write to
scmm@procam.in Refund queries will not be entertained post 30th November 2010.
11) Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.
12) All confirmed participants / their authorised representatives are required to come to the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon Expo
scheduled from 12th January 2011 to 15th January 2011 in or der to collect their running number bibs and timing chips and goodie bag.
No running number, timing chip or goodie bag will be posted to individual mailing addr esses.
13) Confirmed participant’s identity and proof of residence might be verified by a verification agency hired for validating the details provided
by you in the form.
14) Please thoroughly go through all information mentioned in this form prior to submitting your application. Confirmation of applications
received will be subject to the applicable confirmation preference criteria, Ballot Process Rules and Entry Rules & Guidelines given herein.
15) Unsuccessful applicants can approach participating NGO's for available Charity running numbers. Such charity running spaces will be
available at a premium, the proceeds going for the benefit of the chosen NGO. For information on the list of participating NGO's having
such charity running numbers and for rules guiding availability of such numbers, log on to the event website www.procamrunning.in
16) This entry form and the right to participate in the event and the rights and benefits available to the applicant under this entry form is at
the sole discretion of the event Promoters, Procam International Ltd., and cannot be transferred to any other person under any
circumstances. The applicant alone shall be entitled to the rights and benefits arising out of such confirmation of participation.

RUN FOR A CAUSE

Participants who wish to raise pledges for a charity of their choice can download the Pledge Raising Kit, free of cost, from the event
website: www.procamrunning.in Alternatively, applicants residing in Mumbai can also avail of a Pledge Raising Kit from the
Event's Charity Partner, United Way Mumbai, at 309, Kewal Industrial Estate, Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Par el (W), Mumbai 400013
(Mon to Fri, 10 am to 7 pm), against fee of Rs 50/-.

whatsoever, I hereby irrevocably authorize the event officials and organizers to, at my/our risk and cost, transport me/my ward to a medical facility and/or to

representatives; (ix) understand, agree and irrevocably permit Procam International to share the information given by me/my ward in this application, with
all/any entities associated with the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon, at its own discretion; (x) understand, agree and irrevocably permit Procam
International to use my/my ward's photograph which may be photographed on Race Day and/or during the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon Expo, for the
sole purpose of promoting the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon, at its own discretion; (xi) shall not hold the organizers and all/any of the event sponsors
responsible for loss of my/his/her entry form and/or entry fee in transit; (xii) I/my ward understand and agree to the event terms and guidelines.
