Arts/Crafts are to be hand-made. NO imported items are allowed. A limited number of tables are available
for direct sales/party type vendors. No rummage or flea market items. Include a picture of the art/crafts
that you will be selling.

Space size is 10x10 ft. or 10x15 booths which include an 8 ft. table and two chairs. Additional tables are $5
each. Electricity is an additional $5.00.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own merchandise. The Jay County Event Center assume no risk; and by
acceptance of this agreement, the exhibitor expressly released the Jay County Event Center from any and
all liability. Exhibitors are responsible and will pay for damages to the floor of the Jay County Event Center.
Please do not drag tables across the floor.
