The Treaty of Secession

Note; Names for non-white nations are place holders

Section one; Introduction

We the people of the United States hereby declared the end the nation through peaceful
secession. ​The nation will be divided into four nation states. These states will be Ethno-states.
An Ethno-state is a nation that’s core identity is the ethnic majority (85%+) of the population.
These will be for the protection of the Ethnic groups of the United States. One state, Ameristan,
will be a Shariah State for Muslims currently living in Europe and the U.S.

Section two; The borders

As stated above the nation will be divided into four states.

First, The Nation of Afria will cover the following states, North Dakota, South Dakota,
Minnesota, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York,
Kansas, Missouri, and Kentucky.
Second, The Nation of Hispania will cover the following states, California, Arizona, New
Mexico, Texas, and Oklahoma.
 Third, The Nation of Alexandria will cover the following states, Washington State, Oregon,
Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, Nevada.
Finally, The Nation of Ameristan will cover the following states, Maine, Vermont, New
Hampshire, Rhode island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, West
Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi,
Arkansas, Louisiana, and Tennessee.

Note; Alaska and Hawaii will be given back to the Natives.

Section three | The rights and privileges of the indigenous people.

The following are the rights and privileges that will be afforded to Native Americans in all nations
in the former continental U.S.

1. Access to pro-natal benefits

2. Access to Government programs
3. No taxation in these nations.
4. The right to preserve their traditions and heritage.
5. The right to maintain current reservations.
6. Full Sovereignty for Indigenous reservations.

Section four; The Process

1. Once these borders have been drawn people will have five years to migrate to their
designated Ethno-state.
2. If you don’t want to live in an Ethno-state you can move out of the former US.A.
3. Ameristan will be under the control of Alexandria for the first 30 years as Muslims from
Europe migrate to North America. After this the nation will have full Sovereignty.
4. Afria and Hispania will gain sovereignty Immediately.
5. Elections for the new nations must be done and the new Constitutions must be written
before the process begins.

Section five | Agreements between nation states

These five agreements must be upheld or the Treaty is void for the guilty party.
1. We shall not wage war on one another.
2. We shall not seek to undermine or externally control one another.
3. We shall preserve the rights of the indigenous people.
4. We shall preserve the North American Enviorment.
5. We shall respect each other's sovereignty.
Section six | The North American Council
This would be a councilade up of ten judges from each nation to enforce the Treaty.
