13 For the reasons stated in the accompanying Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part

14 Plaintiff’s Motion for Default Judgment, DEFAULT JUDGMENT is HEREBY ENTERED in

15 favor of Plaintiff Twitch Interactive, Inc. (“Twitch”) and against Defendant Michael Anjomi and

16 Katherine Anjomi (collectively, “the Anjomis”) as follows:

17 1. Judgment is entered in favor of Twitch and against the Anjomis on Twitch’s claims

18 for (1) trademark infringement in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1114; (2) unfair competition in

19 violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a); (3) violation of the Anti-Cybersquatting Consumer Protection

20 Act (“ACPA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1125(d); and (4) breach of contract.

21 2. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(a), the Anjomis shall pay to Twitch their profits in

22 the amount of $1,316,139.

23 3. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(d), the Anjomis shall pay to Twitch statutory

24 damages in the amount of $55,000.

25 4. Total judgment is $1,371,139.

26 5. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1125(d)(1)(C), the Anjomis are hereby ordered to transfer

27 ownership of three infringing domain names to Twitch.

28 6. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1117(a), the Court declares this to be an “exceptional”

1 case, and the Anjomis shall pay Twitch’s costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, subject to proof.

2 7. A permanent injunction shall issue against the Anjomis’ use of Twitch’s

3 trademarks and violations of Twitch’s Terms of Service, Rules of Conduct, API Terms of Service,

4 and Trademark Guidelines and Brand Asset Guidelines (collectively, the “Terms”).

5 8. This judgment shall accrue interest, compounded, annually, pursuant to 28 U.S.C.

6 § 1961.
