I published the most important responses between me and support which present explanation particular errors and progress
of their repair. If you are a registered user of this program, please report to the support presented here by me errors to their
quick repair. As You see below in history of day 15.08.2016 I got answer from support with words: "You are the only one
reporting these issues. This is good but I cannot fix problems if Users do not report them."
Support needs report from You so report all currently unrepaired errors and be up to date here. I will update this
page after each new release of version of the program. If You think my suggestions useful recommend them also.

I found a few mistakes and errors in Your program RX (version 2.4.3.76) :

v.81
v.82 1. In option Help > Identifier index > Count =< in Example 2 is: >=3 should be: <=3

3. In option Options > Betting Options > General:

Let's assume that I have set Starting bankroll to 1000 as default.

v.89 While a new session, while load my own system and enter my bankroll (for example 2000) displayed on the left side in bottom. And then I go
to Options > Betting Options > General and close this window by "X" or button "Close", my bankroll in main window is changing from 2000 to
1000. This action should be performed after press button "OK", but not after "X" or "Cancel".
Similar actions are in Auto Spin > Options, but here works correctly, for example:
If I have set 1000 Auto Spins as default and 750 spins remained to the end, after press "OK" the spins changing from 750 to 1000, but after
press "Cancel" the spins stay on 750.

I hope You will fix these errors for improve Your program and to avoid criticism of the program (such as video on YouTube above). Overall this
program is powerful and very useful for me. If I will find other errors, I'll let You know. I tested the program and errors in two systems: Windows
XP x32 and Windows 7 x64 at resolution of the screen 1680 x 1050.

I found one more error:
1. In option Action:
If I click on "Replay Session" and then I put any chip anywhere on the table, then appears the window "An error occurred in the application."
Even if I choose option "continue application", at next put or remove of the chip the window appears again. Only choose New Session closes
this window. It's troublesome, if after of each performed session I clicking on Replay Session and I want put different layout of chips. Even if You
just open the program and click on the Replay Session then You cannot put anything on the table.
2. Also this window "An error occurred in the application." appears while saving the name of designed system with using symbols / \
for example name: ( Martingale / sys.1 )
it could be window with: " You can not use this symbols as name: / \ "
The first time the window confused me, I thought that the program is broke down.

The \ is not allowed for windows. It refers to use trying to save a file like “Martingale\sys 1”.

Don’t use \ or / when saving files.

Really I have no idea how I can help You with empty chips. I living in England and in casinos ground You can put bets from 0,05 cents in
machines. I noticed that Your program working incorrectly only with the chips with a value of:
0,1 0,2 0,3 0,4 0,8 0,9
but works correctly with the chips with a value of:
0,5 0,6 0,7
and incorrectly in hundredth:
0,05 0,09
and correctly in hundredth:
0,01 0,02 0,03 0,04 0,06 0,07 0,08
If You will check each one values from 0,01 to 0,9 maybe You will find the error responsibility for empty chips. I think this is fastest a way to find
the bug.
Another way is: Check why working correctly chips, and how working correctly chips. Find the difference between them and change them or
overwrite incorrectly chips structure on structure of correctly chips at keep own values and then check.

I have completed MOST of the reported bug issues. The Drawdown is still not fixed.

The Max Risk and Current balance should match with all three windows. Summary, Bankroll Balance and Betting History.

I was able to install and correct the Betting History GRID component. It does not repeat same numbers as I tested very much.

The little indicator (Black arrow) is gone. It was causing some issues. You can still see what record you are on by clicking on the row and it will
be slightly highlighted.

I was able to determine it is your Countries region currency format. In the USA, it is -1,899.00 (notice the comma â˜,’ and decimal place â˜.’)

It is the Space between the -1 799,00 in your region

I changed mine to yours and tested. But I may not have all of your region format. Please email me screen shot of your Region format.

Go to Control Panel, find Region, and click on advance settings. Now I have Windows 10 and you have XP. So the location may be different
from yours.

I found another errors:

1. As You see on this video: after save new session and open saved session when we perform UNDO/REDO still problems with
duplicate numbers, no first number after perform UNDO until first spin and also window appears "An error occurred in the application."
Note that all problems appears after perform all spins ( in this example on video - 10 spins ). If You not reached yet 10 spins (end), you can
perform UNDO until first spin and after REDO first number will appear, also numbers no duplicate and no error window. The same problem
appears after save new spins and then import them. This problem not appears now at pressing numbers on keyboard or button Spin like before
because you fixed that already in last time. I presented these problems before:
2. In second video I presented how double 0 disappear after save and import of spins. I showed also how can fix that, but only
MANUALLY. This is not correct way, only emergency.

also the program itself.

My question is: Could You put (won) as allowed in the script? Writing scripts will be improved and easier for users.

Could You tell me how many people working at this program RX because the team should fix the errors from day to day and I'm waiting for
weeks to fix bugs. Usually You do others major issues or You out of town. If I find the issue then immediately I inform You in hope to quick fix. If
at this program RX really works team (I highly doubt it) whether you could convey my issues other person responsible for the errors to fix them
faster because I'm not going to wait another three months for fix several errors. I'm losing a lot of my time to present in detail and as best as
possible the issues not for to leave it unfinished. At the moment really I need to have fixed point 6 "Incorrect display numbers". The rest can
wait a little longer.
