2) AC high potential test will be done by using 50Hz or 60Hz power, which depends on the location of testing facility.
Therefore applied power frequency may be different from specified frequency.
In either case, there is no difference on the stress level which affects motor insulation.
3) For determination of efficiencies Stray Loss (PLL) is considered as 0.5%.
4) Temperature rise test will be carried out based on rating HP at SF1.0.
5) Measurement of vibration will be made with portable accelerometers on bearing housing (HVA direction).

Guaranteed values at 1m under no-load and sine wave power condition (average

The machning of Reamer holes at flanged shaft at motor The existing eight (8) reamer holes at flanged shaft at shaft end was mached by
shaft end. Reamaer bolts which supplied by JSW ( Machine Vender ) ,

We will request you to the machining tools for reamer holes as below two case.
Case -1 : Please supply us the template for flanged shaft for machining of reamer
hols..

Case:2 , We will make the pilot hole at flanged shaft for site machining of reamer
holes. Please expand the reamer holes after 850kW electric motor and
Compressor & Flywheel are connected at the site.
This works is out of our scope.

Please refer to deteail of shaft end construction as existing motor.
