My final appearance before commision!

After all the formilities, chairman asked what you studied apart from that sixteen years?. I answered
with philosophy, american past, indopak, islamic history, astronomy, psychology etc.
Then he started asking about u.s history like independence war, civil war, civil right movement,
abraham lincoln, martin luther and jaffersonian democracy.
In islamic history he asked about 1258 incident of fall of baghdad while explaining he added a grave
reason of falling in a sarcastic mood. We laughed a little.
Similarly, he asked some question about all that what i mentioned. The panelist questioned about
current affairs like borders, kpk especially.
My subject is economics and I skipped half of the questions in it. Some which i replied were
inflation,deflation,poverty and its rate in paki, relative and absolute poverty.
The philosophic part was quite intersting, he asked to write and explain some poetry which he
dictated and i followed.
At last the chairman again questioned me generally, congratulated with a handshake and i exited as
got permission.

Today my psychological interview experience..

Topic for discussion in urdu"kea FATA ko KPK mn zam kea jaye"
English discussio " justice delayed and justice denied"....both were easy topics..but the most
interesting matter is that our group was very cooperative very helpful..by the way we manage the
time and give chance to every member was really magnificent..no one was interrupted..it was very
friendly cool and calm environment..we appreciate and care about the arguments views of the group
members..
Individual interview with psychologist was good..when I enter the room..with greeting mam told me
plz have a set gentleman..After that she ask first question that's..gentleman plz introduce
yourself..After intro she asked about my hobbies my strength and weakness..Personality flaw..last
question what's your views about group discussion..who was the best...it's all about my today
psychological interview...Best of luck for the remaining candidates.....

My experience of Group discussion on 29th September 2017 and some tips

English: Laws grind the poor and rich men rule the law.
Urdu: Jahad ka sahih Tasawur.
Both the topics were thoroughly discussed by all the group members.
Some tips:
• There is no need of panicking.
• Even if you do not have any idea about the topic ; you can listen to other members. Then you can
note down some points.
• It is not mandatory to lead the discussion.
• Make eye contact with all the members while speaking during the discussion.
• Remember , it is the test of your confidence and patience.
• Do not interrupt someone else during discussion.
• No need of any preliminary remarks like assalam wo alaikum.
• Do not deviate from the topic.
• Be as specific as possible.
• While speaking do not look at the psychologists, but towards your fellow candidates.

as i entered the room,i was at the door and the chairman called immaduddin come in please.
then the encounter started with chairman.
asked about academics
inflation, cpec, economic growth, circulation of money etc.
another member asked about germany and then asked russia has banned an american tv
shiw which one is that (i didnt know). then he asked about kenyan elections.
the other member asked about dir, nawabs, etc
the other asked what is soft and hard money. monopoly etc.
then the last member asked about yellow journalism and the discussion wwent to a general
gossip. one of the members told me that u should write in newspaper and the chairman
endorsed him by saying u have rightly perceived him. then the chairman said u should write
or become a good anchorperson( i still dont know what may be the reason behind this
perception). in the last we were discussing che journalism ke nalayaqa khalak raghle d. the
chairman said doe sirf sar dana kae bs motive nishta. and with it he said munga ham dalta
goru che ghalat khalak ranashe and i hope u r not one of them, burst with laugh and shook
hand.

My final interview didn't last too long . As I knocked the door and asked permission chairman Sir
welcomed me warmly and offered me to be seated . I thanked him . Then he readily asked me about
my District (Buner) about Pir baba ,Qadar Nagar , Mullah Mast , Malakand invasion ,Ambaila
invasion , About marble factories in Buner and its damages to the environment . The another
member asked me about the difference between administration and management .
The next member asked questions about pashto folk lore ,Tappa and its technicalities , Child conventional
stories related to rituals . Next member asked about English poetry and its composition . Chairman asked me
about the environment friendly laws which I didn't not know and said sorry . And his answer that " you are
going to be an officer and you should know these things " to which I said that I will try to study it soon . Then
chairman bid ne farewell but the other member stopped me and asked me about my present job .
Overall it's a good interview and they were very friendly and cooperative .
My interview last about 15 minutes.
