• Subscribers with monthly billing period can opt for any of the above VASs. 
• Subscribers with quarterly, half yearly or annual billing period can opt for VASs with yearly or 
lifetime rental only. Monthly VAS option is not available to these subscribers. 

 
6) Terms & Conditions 
 

1. Rs. 500 is payable at the time of subscription for monthly plans. Payment by Cheque/DD only. 
No cash payment. Company does not take responsibility for cash payments made by 
subscribers. For long term plans, refer point 3 of T&C. 
2. Service tax is extra as applicable. 
3. Subscribers of quarterly, half yearly and annual plans need to pay plan charges, installation 
charges (if applicable) alongwith service tax in advance. Service will be provided on realization of 
the cheque.  
4. @ll home solution to connect multiple PCs wirelessly is available at Rs.75 per month or Rs.1500 
for lifetime service charge (optional) 
5. Subscribers can avail wireless USB adaptor service in case their desktop/laptop is not equipped 
with wireless interface. This service is available at a monthly charge of Rs.50 or for a lifetime 
charge of Rs.800. (optional) 
6. Parental control software utility is available at Rs.65 per month or at Rs.650 per annum 
(optional) 
7. Static IP is chargeable extra at Rs.1000 per annum. The amount is payable in advance at the time 
of subscription.  
8. Subscribers of QFUL1499, QFUL1799, QFUL2399, HFUL2999, HFUL3599, HFUL4799, AUL5000 
and AUL6000 can avail wireless USB adaptor service & @ll home solution available for lifetime 
and Parental control software utility & Static IP available on yearly basis.

9. If subscriber of QFUL1499, QFUL1799, QFUL2399, HFUL2999, HFUL3599, HFUL4799, AUL5000 or 
AUL6000 plan surrenders the connection before the completion of plan period then he/she will 
be refunded plan charges on pro rata basis.   
10. A subscriber can register maximum four PCs in CB49, CB299, CB499, FUL499, FUL599, FUL799, 
QFUL1499, QFUL1799, QFUL2399, FMC599, FMC799, eight PCs in FUL1399, FMC1499, FMC2499, 
HFUL2999, HFUL3599, HFUL4799, AUL5000, AUL6000 and ten PCs in UL3499 in @ll home 
solution. 
11. Contention Ratio ‐ 1:10 for Circuit Breaker plans & Fixed Monthly Charge Plans and 1:20 for 
unlimited plans. 
12. In QFUL1499, QFUL1799, QFUL2399, HFUL2999, HFUL3599, and HFUL4799 plans, MBs with 
bonus bandwidth of 2 Mbps will be allotted at the start of the billing period. 
13. Upload speed for all plans shall be 256Kbps. 
14. Usage includes both upload and download of data. 
15. A CAT 5 cable shall be provided if Subscriber needs to connect his PC on the Ethernet interface. 
Cable laying through casing and capping shall be charged @ Rs.10/feet. The same is payable 
directly to the TDN Authorized Partner’s installation executive. 
16. Speeds mentioned here are guaranteed upto the ISP node. 
17. All tariff mentioned here are subject to regulatory approval. Tikona Digital Networks has a right 
to modify or withdraw any tariff plan at any point of time. 
18. In case of service discontinuation subscriber shall compulsorily return the modem /wireless USB 
adaptor in working condition. Rs.1500 will be payable if subscriber retains or returns the 
modem/wireless USB adaptor in non working/damaged condition. 
19. Circuit breaker fee is a refundable deposit to be paid upfront at the time of subscription. It gets 
adjusted against the outstanding amount, if any at the time of exit. 
20. In case of circuit breaker plans as soon as your bill reaches the maximum bill value, your 
charging stops. Your service however, continues to work, although at a reduced speed of 64 
Kbps .The original speed is restored automatically upon receipt of bill payment. Alternatively, 
you can choose to make an ad hoc payment ahead of your regular bill payment date, to enjoy 
full speed service.
