POTENTIAL COPING STRATEGIES

experience some sort of anxiety on a weekly basis

STOP! – Take time for yourself. Listen to your favorite music, meditate, and use
relaxation techniques. Never underestimate the power of “me” time. Breathe!
Limit Caffeine – Having the cup of coffee or tea to wake you up in the morning
is great, but constantly supplying your body with caffeine may potentially
worsen your anxiety. Increase your water intake instead!
Exercise Daily – Consistency here is key. Walking 15-20 min a day is better than
a long run on the weekend and keeping to a set schedule will help calm your
anxiety.
Analyze Your Day – Journal what makes you anxious and nervous. By writing
