I am very much interested in the job announcement for the post of Budget &
Finance Assistant, which has fallen vacant within your organization as
advertised. The job content, as presented is very interesting and I believe that
with my professional qualification in business administration and many years of
experience, with more than twelve years being responsible for the production of
financial statements and budgeting for the branch, I will be an outstanding
candidate for this post.

In my previous postings, I was intensively involved in the installation and


preservation of internal controls at the branch I was stationed at, apart from the
normal accounting work, which invariably includes budgeting. I would compile
the budget for the whole branch to be a yardstick for the performance at the end
of every period. I would then do periodic reviews of achievements against
forecast performance.

Along with my diploma from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and


Administrators in Zimbabwe (ICSAZ), and work experience which spans more
than twenty years in finance and administration, I believe I have the capability to
become a core member of the administration team in your organization
specifically within finance and administration department in which department I
have acquired enormous experience.

ASSISTANT

I am very much interested in the job announcement for the post of Budget &
Finance Assistant, which has fallen vacant within your organization as
advertised. The job content, as presented is very interesting and I believe that
with my professional qualification in business administration and many years of
experience, with more than twelve years being responsible for the production of
financial statements and budgeting for the branch, I will be an outstanding
candidate for this post.

In my previous postings, I was intensively involved in the installation and


preservation of internal controls at the branches I would be stationed at, apart
from the normal accounting work, which invariably includes budgeting. I would
compile the budget for the whole branch to be a yardstick for the performance at
the end of every period. I would then do periodic reviews of achievements
against forecast performance.

Along with my diploma from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and


Administrators in Zimbabwe (ICSAZ), and work experience which spans more
than twenty years in finance and administration, I believe I have the capability to

have acquired enormous experience.
