Course Objectives:
To help the students understand the techniques of restructuring and liquidating the corporate entities.
To provide the student with knowledge of recent developments in corporate accounting
Toteach them the Various Requirements of Corporate Reporting.

Pre-requisites:
Basic Knowledge of financial Accounting and corporate Accounting.

Student Learning Outcomes:

On the successful completion of this course the student will be able to gain knowledge and understanding of the concepts and practices of company
accounts in accordance with statutory requirements.

Pedagogy for Course Delivery:

The course is covered by adopting a combination of lecture methods, class presentation by groups of students, self study sessions. Each student is required to do
the back ground reading from the specified chapters of the prescribed book before coming to class. Cases are also to be analyzed, discussed in groups (teams)
outside the class as preparatory work.
