Role:
 Working as sales analyst for designing models to solve business problems using the data.
 Created analytical models for predicting sales of next quarter and evaluating campaigns for different regions.
Used technique like logistic regression, chaid, linear regression and clustering.

Key Projects:
 Marketing Mix model for optimizing sales: May 2015- Oct 2015
Role & Projects This project was to predict the effectiveness of campaign in different region and find out optimized sales in
region. In this project we analysed sales of Rajasthan and Delhi regions in response to marketing campaigns
using linear regression technique.
Impact: With this project we were able to reduce our marketing expenses by 15% after choosing correct
campaign for Delhi and other north regions.
 Upsell Model for Non–Surgical Business: Dec 2014- April 2015
This project was aimed to increase the non-surgical business in Rajasthan & Uttar Pradesh. In this project we used
logistic regression modelling to find out the profile and characteristic of customers to upsell them with 2 hair
system set together with set of services.
Impact: Using this cross-sell model we were able to increase non-surgical business by 28% by targeting right set
of customers.
 Sales Prediction Model: Oct 2014- Dec 2014
Created a forecasting model based on previous sales data for designing targets for new and existing clinics. Also
this model used in setting target for different incentive schemes for employees.
Impact: Able to design new incentive schemes which resulted in 25% increase in overall revenue.
 Monthly Dashboard: Created a Monthly auto-update dashboard for north region for analyzing sales using excel
and tableau.
 Created sales forecasting model which helped in designing targets for new and existing clinics. With this approach
we increased overall revenue by 25%
Achievements  Non-surgical and transplantation business improved with proper targeting based on results of designed model.

 Telecom Case study with Edupristine: Focus of this case-study is to understand the use of analytics in telecom
industry for predicting the bill of customers at the time of joining first time. In this case-study we used the

 Cross-sell case of Insurance industry: Focus of this case-study is to understand the use of logistic regression in
insurance industry for cross selling health insurance products to general insurance customers.
 Churn Model Case Study: Focus of this case-study was to understand churn model to be used in retail industry
for finding out the probability of attiring a customer based in transactions done in last 12 months. We analyzed
the data of users who are in the system for more than 36 months. We created model for selected users to predict
the probability of attire in next 12 months based on independent variables related to demographics (age, gender,
income group, and occupation), customer response to customer care and other transactional related variables.

Internship Summary: This project was to understand the factors important for e-commerce application from the point-view
IIM Raipur of retailers. Based on this study we finalized the factor that we need to put in promotion so that we can create
marketing promotions according to expectation of customers.
 Conducted market research for Intellewise in Hyderabad market. Analyzed the collected data using Tableau and
SPSS for finding important factors and patterns.
 Analyzed website traffic of Intellewise and prepared the document for improvement in SEO and SEM marketing.
 Assisted with sales team in generating business lead and following up procedure.
 Created marketing strategies for online promotion based on survey study. With this strategies we were able to
