THE GRAND JURY CHARGES:

Ct. 1 : That on or about January 23, 2018, in Marshall County, Kentucky the above named Defendant
committed the offense of Murder, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area of Marshall
County High School, manifesting extreme indifference to human life, causing the death of. 15 year old Bailey
Nicole Holt, in violation of KRS 507.020(1 b).

Ct. 2: That on or about January 23, 2018, in Marshall County, Kentucky the above named Defendant
committed the offense of Murder, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area of Marshall
County High School, manifesting extreme indifference to human life, causing the death of 15 year old Preston
Ryan cope, in violation of KRS 507.020(1 b).

Ct. 3: That on or about January 23, 2018, in Marshall County, Kentucky the above named Defendant
committed the offense of Assault, I st Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area
of Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to D.E., in violation ofKRS 508.010(1 b).

Ct. 4: That on or about January 23, 2018, in Marshall County, Kentucky the above named Defendant
committed the offense of Assault, 1 Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area
of Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to M.B.J., in violation ofKRS 508.010(lb).

Ct. 5: That on or about January 23, 2018, in Marshall County, Kentucky the above named Defendant
committed the offense of Assault, I st Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area
of Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to M.C., in violation of KRS 508.010(1 b).
 Ct. 6: That on or about January 23, 2018, in Marshall County, Kentucky the above named Defendant
committed the offense of Assault, 1 st Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area
of Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to T.G.I., in violation of KRS 508.010(1 b).

Ct. 7: That on or about Jan. y 23, 2018, in Marshall County, Kentu y the above named Defendant
committed the offense of Assault, 1 st Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area
of Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to D.G.S., in violation ofKRS 508.010(1 b).

committed the offense of Assault, 1 Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area
of Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to D.A., in violation ofKRS 508.010(1 b).

Ct. 9: That on or about January 23, 2018, in Marshall County, Kentucky the above named Defendant
committed the offense of Assault, 1 Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area of
Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to J.L., in violation of KRS 508.010(1 b).

committed the offense of Assault, I st Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area
of Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to DK., in violation of KRS 508.010(1 b),

committed the offense of Assault, 1 Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area
of Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to C.T., in violation of KRS 508.010(lb).

committed the offense of Assault, 1 st Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area
of Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to I-I.D., in violation ofKRS 508.010(1 b).

committed the offense of Assault, I Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area of
Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to E.D. , in violation of KRS 508.010(1 b).

Ct. 14: That on or about January 23, 2018, in Marshall County, Kentucky the above named Defendant
committed the offense of Assault, I st Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area
of Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to W.R., in violation of KRS 508.010(1 b).

Ct. 15: That on or about January 23, 201 8, in Marshall County, Kentucky the above named Defendant
committed the offense of Assault, I st Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area
of Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to S.N„ in violation of KRS 508.010(1 b).

Ct. 16: That on or about January 23, 2018, in Marshall County, Kentucky the above named Defendant
committed the offense of Assault, 1 Degree, by firing a handgun into a crowd of people in the commons area of
Marshall County High School, causing serious physical injury to E.B., in violation of KRS 508.010(1 b).
