CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE: FOOD CONTACT

UVAS QUALITY® GRAPE GUARD is safe for food contact and complies with the following EU Directives and
Regulations:

Regulation (EC) N° 1129/2011 which amends Directive 95/2/EC on food additives other than colors and
sweeteners and authorizes the use of SO2 in the EU on Table Grapes, Lychees and Blueberries. The correct usages
of UVAS QUALITY® GRAPE GUARD will not lead to Sulphite residues on Table Grapes greater than 10 ppm.

Directive 2008/84/EC the active ingredient Sodium Metabisulphite (E 223), used in the manufacture of UVAS
QUALITY® GRAPE GUARD, complies with the purity criteria on food additives other than colors and sweeteners
set out in this directive.

The rules of Regulation (EC) N° 1935/2004 of the European Parliament on materials and articles intended to
come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC.

Directive 94 / 62 / EC on packaging and packaging waste, regarding the presence of heavy metals (lead, cadmium,
mercury and hexavalent chromium) in packaging materials.

Additionally all raw materials used in the manufacture of UVAS QUALITY® GRAPE GUARD are safe for contact
with Foodstuffs and comply with the requirements of FDA specified under Federal Code of Regulations (CFR), title
21 sections N°176.170 and N°176.180 for products must be in direct or no direct contact with food.

Raw materials derived from cellulose and mechanical pulps suppliers are FSC certified (Forest Stewardship
Council) and are 100% recyclable. Our entire production process considered complete traceability for raw
materials, suppliers and finished products.
