solemnly declare that I am a student of Montessori Pakistan (MP) Pvt. Ltd. and going through training under the
following rules and regulations.

 I understand that MP has developed training resources and publications with years of efforts, and they are its
copyrighted intellectual property. I will not, under any circumstances, reprint, reproduce or/and translate
MP/PMC’s training resources including training manuals (modules), videos, presentations, or other
publications during or after my training in any form. Furthermore, I will not pass on or use the training materials
in any form for any commercial purpose. In case of violation MP reserves the right to legal action.

 I will abide by MP/PMC's code of ethics handed over to me at the time of admission. Moreover, I will abide by,
and not object to, any new policies introduced by MP during my training.

 I will be polite and respectful to my tutors and other staff at MP/PMC. I understand that the online and on-
campus student/customer support facility is only for me, and not for any of my relative or friend, and they will
not be entertained on my behalf. Moreover, I understand that if I have any reservation over my grading
including assignments or examination marks, I can request for one time review of my assessment(s). The
decision of the reviewing personnel will be final and I will not object to that.

 agree that MP/PMC has not made any claim that their certification is attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(MOFA) or HEC However, in order to help individuals who require a MOFA attested diploma, MP arranges
for additional (optional) Skill Development Council (SDC)’s competency based examinations regularly for its
trainees after getting MP/PMC diploma, which lead them to additional SDC diploma which may be attested by
MOFA if required. Moreover, I understand that I will have to present SDC diploma for attestation to MOFA
and bear any relevant fee myself.

 In case, I choose to appear in optional Skill Development Council’s (SDC’s) examination (either regular, home
based or online) for additional diploma after receiving MP/PMC diploma, I understand that SDC is only a
competency assessing and diploma issuing authority, and all the training activity is MP's province. I also
understand that MP has arranged this additional facility of SDC examination and certification for its trainees as
a gesture of goodwill, which MP may choose to finish anytime due to any circumstances without giving any
reason over which I will not have any objection and will not make any claim.

 I understand that the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in any case.

 In the case of violation of the above clauses or the ones mentioned in the MP’s Trainee’s Code of Conduct, MP
reserves the right to take disciplinary action which may include my exclusion from the course of study.
