Design Of Major Parts Of Two-Stage Natural Gas Compressor. ModeIing Them In
Pro/ENGINEER-2001 And Stress Analysis Using CosmosXpress 2003 at Dresser-Rand,
Ahmedabad. It contains design of Ist stage and IInd stage cylinder, piston and piston rod,
crankshaft, connecting rod and crosshead. Modeling of these parts in Pro/Engineer-2001 and
stress analysis using Cosmos works.

Projects/Seminars

 Working Model Of Solar Water Lifting Pump. This project is centered to one
application of non-conventional energy source. It includes design of solar water lifting pump,
its fabrication and assembly as well as the performance tests, which are carried out on it to
enhance its capabilities.
 Working Model Of Lube Control Valve. This project includes study, designing and
fabrication of high-pressure control valve using fundamentals of workshop technology to have
instantaneous and positive control of high-pressure lubricants.
 Industrial Robotics. The seminar prepared on this topic includes study of “Robotics”
which is a rapidly growing manufacturing technology that is being widely used to automate
production operations. It mainly focuses on its performance and capabilities and especially
their flexibility, which give them advantages over the traditional forms of automation in
manufacturing.

I have been working as a Design Engineer, with Elecon Engg. Co. Ltd., VallabhVidya Nagar,
since November-2003. I am with Design Department of Gear Division, which develops custom
build gearboxes.
