Position Summary

To serve as the chief/primary liaison between the associated business units (operations, readiness, finance, supply
chain, HR, IT etc) and their super users across ASC multiple sites, and act as a trusted advisor in relation to the
modernised ERP system. Work with ASC business stakeholders to understand and correctly interrupt ASC's business
processes and use this n the planning process to ensure effective alignment with business strategy and objective.

The xxxx shall

- Understand business goals, objectives and landscape

- participate proactively in strategic planning

- meet regularly with business units and users

- take an outside in research approach with business s units, including rotation between business units

- coordinate business improvement through the identification of ERP related opportunities.

- help coordinate super users to understand current and future processes for their department as well as key
upstream inputs and downstream outputs

- drive training and continuous improvement for home departments

- facilitate communication between super users from different home departments and locations

- support the solution through the provision of a holistic view

Position Context

The xxxx has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units or functional
areas for the purpose of the modernised ERP system implementation, solution discovery, service management and
relationship management. The xxxx serves as the business relationship link between business units, IT and the
external vendors/consultants. The xxxx provides highly valued strategic consulting level support and guidance
through key ERP implementation initiatives. They communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information
to appropriate levels of staff regarding the ERP implementation and it's initiatives. They proactively share knowledge
of technology risks and opportunities (new features and capabilities) to build competitive advantage and improve
process efficiency, alignment and effectiveness of business units. The xxxx engages with business leadership and
other key stakeholders to define opportunities and identify risks.

The xxxx proactively serves as a "trusted advisor", and is the primary point of contact to business line executives and
managers. They operate as the key business contact representing the business units in ensuring their processes,
services and capabilities are fully understood and provides support in delivering a solution that meet the needs of the
business unit.

The xxxx by nature is driven to provide significant value to business units. They serve a lead role in enabling the
business to achieve their objectives through effective use and implementation of the modernised ERP system.

Responsibilities

1. ensure the performance of duties comply with all OHS&E policies and procedures and ASC's Equal Employment

2. Manage business expectation for changes to business systems

3. Have a clear understanding of the financial goals of ASC. This fundamental knowledge enables the xxxx to
determine how the modernised ERP system can help ASC strategically

4. have proactive involvement during the planning process with business unit leaders, to deepen the understanding
of business goals and create the most conducive environment for creating solutions that deliver the best possible
outcomes

5. act as the key liaison across functional areas, including business units, the information technology department and
outside vendors/consultants

6. meet regularly with business units to understand unique insight into their issues and needs

7. have a solid understanding of the business landscape

8. create shared vision for the business units respective process and services and facilitate decision making and
arbitration relating to trade-offs both within and between business units, functional areas and multiple sites

9. take an outside-in approach and explore business unit touch points from their perspective

10. actively promote and communicate the solution roadmap to ensure successful introduction across the
organisation and with business units

11. create and analyse relevant information and develop recommendation to present to senior management

12. oversee the launch of the solution and help maximise the positive impact in the organisation.

13. work closely and collaborate with business units and their super users to ensure requirements, issues and
improvement requests are being documented

14. facilitate business disputes in regards to different processes between sites/locations

15. work closely and collaborate with business units to ensure staff are adequately trained
