I understand that I am bound to obey and observe all the laws, rules and regulations of the Olive
Courtyard Owners Association being a licensee / lessee of apartment situated in Olive Courtyard.
I hereby furnish all my details like name, photo, address (both residential address and workplace
address), phone number, my permanent address, address of the parents, their phone number
and my immediate superior office at workplace to the office bearers of Olive Courtyard.
I hereby assure that I will not cause any disturbances to my neighbors and other inmates of the
Olive Courtyard.
I will not induct any other person other than the persons permitted by the agreement to the
apartment, where I am living on the basis of the license / lease agreement.
I will not do any anti-social, anti – national activities within the premises of Olive Courtyard during
my occupation.
I know that the access to the Olive Courtyard Apartment is controlled by the plastic pass issued
by the managing committee of the Olive Courtyard Association and I shall surrender the pass to
the managing committee of the Olive Courtyard Association as and when I vacated the premises.
I know that the Olive Courtyard Association and its office bearers and its employees have every
right to inspect the premises where I am living in Olive Courtyard and do necessary repairs and
prevention activities of pest.
I know that managing committee and its office bearers of Olive Courtyard has every right to evict
me from the premises, if I cause any disturbances to the peaceful life of members of the Olive
Courtyard.
I assure that I shall do the best of my efforts to prevent any unlawful and indecent behavior of any
of the inmates in the premises to which permission is granted to me and others to live on the
basis of the license agreement.
