Workers already know what are their different rights and orientation helps a lot of them.

The government should extend financial and burial assistance to the family of
Demafelis. And also the Lebanese man and the Syrian girl who killed him.

ACTION TAKEN

The government imposed a total deployment ban to Kuwait to ensure the protection and
welfare of the OFW’s working there.

Make a powerful impact by urging our members of Congress to end failed drug war
policies.

ACTION TAKEN

Get involved by attending events where you can learn from and coordinate with leading
experts and activists in the drug policy reform movement.

Repair the marriage, join for guiding healing from the major hurts they both had suffered
over their years together.

Clean up all the old hurts. Make decisions together.

I would like to conduct a scientific evidence to support that the death penalty eleters
crime more effectively than other punishments.

The death penalty is approved by the people.

7. Criminal Law – is the body of law that relates to crime, prescribes conduct
perceived as threatening, harmful or otherwise endangering the property,
health, safety and ,moral welfare of people.

ACTION PLAN

Stop the murder in the Philippines. Let impose a law to kill also the murderer.

ACTION TAKEN

The congress and President Duterte approved the new proposed law to kill also the
murderer if the evidence proved him that he is the murderer.

8. Common Law – is a term used to refer to law that is developed through decisions of
the court. It is a body of law that is made by judge, outcomes decision of the court.

Stop the pregnancy. Give orientation to the students on how to use contraceptives.

ACTION TAKEN

Appropriate content is in including in sex education lessons. Teach the students to

avoid sex outside marriage is the surest safeguard.

the victim, but on the overall allegation, including the action of the suspect.

Everyone reporting sexual violence deserves the highest standards from the criminal
justice system and provide an opportunity to achieve this.

10. Civil Liability – the principle is to provide a compensation mechanism for

those who have suffered harm through the actions of others.

ACTION PLAN

Government officials and appointees should be audited every year to make sure there
are no anomalies happening regarding with the people’s money.

ACTION TAKEN
 The appointees and officials are now already audited their different works every year.
And signed officials to be watched out on them that can be trusted and not bias for other
employee.

1. What are the things to do in order to achieve your goals and objectives as
students?

Answer: Things to do in order to achieve my goals and objectives as a student

the most important is to be more serious with my studies, to be honest and
realistic with myself and my ability to study. I have to go my classes, read books,
review notes and research through internet about laws and regulations of the
government. I want to set goals that are personal to me and will inspire me to
reach new heights. I don’t have to follow the crowd. I will have to pursue
something that helps me to create a sense of purpose that will motivate me and
start doing to achieve my goals and objectives as a student.
