GROUP NARRATIVE REPORT

This part contains the Rainbow Madness’ group daily narrative report for the month

of February, within the consecutive dates of February 1st, 6th and 8th for the year 2018. It

includes the employee’s name, task or duties performed, the time in and out for the hours that

he/she rendered as well as the ratings given by the leader. It was accomplished by the group

leader, attested by the store manager/vice manager and submitted to the business adviser.

GROUP DAILY SALES REPORTS

This part contains the Rainbow Madness’ group daily sales report for the month of

February, within the consecutive dates of February 1st, 6th and 8th for the year 2018. It includes

the products or service offered, price per unit or piece, quantity and the total amount, as well as

the total amount of sales, deductions and the grand total. It was remitted by the store clerk,

audited by the store accountant/auditor, checked by the store manager and submitted to the

business adviser.

INDIVIDUAL NARRATIVE REPORTS

This part contains the Rainbow Madness’ individual narrative reports of the members

which includes the date of business execution and the time in and out. It was checked by the

group leader and store manager and/or vice manager then recorded by the business adviser.

FEEDBACK FORMS

This part contains the Rainbow Madness’ business feedback forms created by the

business adviser to know how was the overall experience of the customers or respondents with

the group in terms of the store, management and staff, and product or service. In addition,

suggestions and recommendation were also included for business improvement purposes.

This part contains the Rainbow Madness’ documentations which include receipts,

pictures from food/product tasting/testing, business execution week starting from Day 1 up to

Day 4.

This part contains the Rainbow Madness’ individual reflection paper which includes

member’s learnings from the business execution, most challenging part during the business

execution week, takeaway learnings from the course Entrepreneurship, feedbacks, suggestions,

comments towards the subject teacher and motivational quote.

This part contains the Rainbow Madness’ grading sheet which includes the criteria for

grading the group portfolio in terms of its appropriateness, completeness, punctuality,

presentation and following the format, and substance. Also, comments and suggestion were also
